Dancing and Teaching in the Age of Corona: Our Resources

We at DEAW know that the amount of resources available right now can shift from helpful to overwhelming very quickly. We’ve kept our ideas simple and short so you can come back to them when you’re feeling lost.

Community

First, find and reach out to your immediate community and others who are in the same sector. We are all in the same boat right now and it helps to talk about it! We recommend taking advantage of NDEO’s message boards, as there are new threads for teaching online. There are also new Facebook groups being created for specific teaching sectors. DEAW is in the process of creating a member group and will update you as soon as it is completed. It’s also good to have a digital hang with your teaching buds! Invite your friends for a virtual happy hour.
